TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM PLEASE FOLLOW THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Call our office at 800 954 0075 and request a Return Authorization Number (RAN). You will be issued a number immediately. Please do not return merchandise without an authorization number. Any unauthorized, incompletely packaged, or non-insured packages will be returned to sender.
2. Place your item in its original packaging and write the Return Authorization Number on the invoice. Ship your package via US Postal Service Registered Mail™, insured for the total value of the contents. If the value of your purchase is less than $500.00 you may also send it via FedEx or UPS.*
You will receive an immediate email confirming receipt of your return.
After an examination by our staff to confirm that the item is in its original condition we will refund your account within 5 (five) business days.**

Lara Kent LLC is not liable for diamond damage or loss, product damage due to misuse, the incorrect use of applied cleaners, or any product damage through acts of nature including fire, flood or earthquake. Lara Kent LLC is not liable for natural wear and tear or for corrosion from highly corrosive environments. If at our discretion, repair is not practical, we will replace the item with an identical product. Due to the nature of our products, this warranty will become null and void if alterations of any kind are performed upon the jewelry product outside of our own jewelers. This includes, but is not limited to, ring sizing, rhodium plating, adjustments on the diamond clasp, or engraving work of any kind.
